WTF?! Restared computer and my game is GONE! HELP!

    Ive been palying the game all day long. I go to install DVD burning software and then restart my computer and the game is no longer installed on my computer. This is the WIERDEST thing I have ever seen. Its not there. All that is left is the default directory, theres only folders. When I put the disc in to play it now asks if I would like to install the game, WTF? And Its not like Im totaly computer illiterate, I do know a bit about computers. However I have no idea what to do. Im currently running an advanced NTFS recovery program to see if I can recover anything that was randomly deleted. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
