You know what really grinds my gears

  4. So I have a PL meet tomorrow
    I'm doing what they call a "water cut" to weigh in light
    The past week I'm been drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day, which is difficult enough
    Been pissing ~15 times a day
    Now I'm staring down this lemon that I have to eat to make me piss more
    I don't want to eat the lemon

  10. They're diuretic, as are Coffee and Green Tea, but the water you drink to consume them is somewhat counter productive.
     
  11. Pre-Weigh in poop, might sit in a hot bath for a few minutes, too. Soothes muscles + get a good sweat going.

    I enjoy it and I'm pretty good at it, so I can't see myself calling it quits anytime soon. This meet was a qualifier for me to go to The Arnold sports festival next year ( http://www.arnoldsportsfestival.com/) which is a pretty big deal. Overall, I could have lifted more today, but I did what I set out to do, and happened to get 1st in weight class and best Junior lifter across all weight classes, so I'm pretty satisfied.
