Hahahah "BOOOOOOBBB!! BOOOBBB!" so good. thank you, squishiss.

  2. oohh... yeah, the dealer will rape ye. if you ever have the problem again, ring a local machine shop. they'll retap your heads much cheaper. no guarantees it'll stay, but my bro's neon's has and they did it for 200 bucks. there's a strong chance your dealer just threw a new head on there and rang you out.

  3. I'd rather have a new cyl. head, tbh.

  4. *nods* your money, and peace of mind is definitely worth something.

  5. Idk they guy told me to take it easy since it had to settle in. Would it say on the receipt if they put a new head on or not? And would it be all shiney new?

  6. well for the labour of taking it off and getting it machined, you're probably better off buying the part anyways.

I don't know if a reputable shop would work on it while it's still on the engine.

I did when I snapped an insulator and had to get an old plug out.. but that car was a piece of junk anyways.

  7. it would show on the invoice, though doesn't necessarily have to look new. doesn't even have to be new, but that should also show on the invoice.
