2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 Hits the Auction Block

Extremely limited—just 112 units produced worldwide

To mark the 50th anniversary of the legendary Countach, Lamborghini revealed a bold, futuristic tribute to the original model. Unveiled at the 2021 Quail: A Motorsports Gathering, the Countach LPI 800-4 is based on the Aventador platform but features unique styling and enhanced performance.

Limited to just 112 units—referencing the original’s LP112 code—the car pays homage through its iconic wedge shape, NACA ducts, and dramatic stance. Modern touches like updated ‘phone-dial’ wheels, geometric taillights, and a skylight flowing into the louvered engine bay blend heritage with innovation. Power comes from a 6.5-liter V12 paired with a 48-volt electric motor and supercapacitor, delivering a combined 803 hp and a top speed of 221 mph.

This 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 will be auctioned by Bonhams Cars this weekend, with an estimated value of up to $2,400,000. This exceptional single-owner car, in outstanding condition with only 67 miles, was originally sold in Beverly Hills, California.

It is finished in Bianco Siderale, the same color as the iconic launch car, paired with a striking Nero Ade leather interior featuring red accents and white stitching. With a sticker price of $2,757,616, the car includes the optional Carbon Package 1, which adds exposed carbon to key elements like the front splitter, mirrors, engine cover, and NACA ducts.

The car also features black-finish phone-dial wheels, red calipers, and red wheel nuts. Additional features include magnetorheological dampers, front axle lift, and carbon ceramic brakes. Wrapped in paint protection film, this virtually new Countach comes with its tool kit, spare key, and delivery package, making it a must-have for any serious Lamborghini collector.
