In 2002, Ferrari introduced the Enzo, which was named after the company’s founder. Built as a tribute to Ferrari’s Formula 1 success—highlighted by consecutive championship wins and Michael Schumacher’s dominance—the Enzo reflected F1 technology.
It featured a carbon fiber and Nomex tub, aluminum sub-frames, and body panels crafted from carbon fiber and Kevlar, designed by Ken Okuyama. Its 651-hp V-12 engine, derived from Ferrari’s racing heritage, delivered blistering performance. Capable of 0–60 mph in 3.3 seconds and topping out at 218 mph, only 498 units were built.
This exceptional Ferrari Enzo, currently listed on Collecting Cars, is a UK-delivered example first registered on 1 November 2004 through Meridien Modena in Hampshire. It has had only three owners since it was new, with the current seller acquiring it in March 2007. With just 24,071 km (14,957 miles) on the odometer, the car is described as being in outstanding condition and has been featured in several magazine test drive articles during its current ownership.
Finished in classic Rosso Corsa with Scuderia shields on the front wings, its lower body panels have been refinished in matching red rather than the original black. It retains its correct 19-inch BBS twin-spoke alloy wheels, refinished in a darker silver, paired with black brake calipers and ceramic discs, wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
The interior features carbon racing seats trimmed in Nero leather with Rosso inserts and embossed Cavallino emblems. Rosso leather accents and visible carbon fiber are present throughout, including a factory-fitted Rosso steering wheel center—one of only two such configurations among 277 Rosso Corsa Enzos. The Nero leather steering wheel includes Rosso stitching, a carbon top with LED shift lights, Rosso dials, carbon paddles, push-button start, and air conditioning.
