2009 Ford Flex revealed...

I think it's hot.

 

You *know* that has to be in the works, if not I'd consider it an after-market MUST.

 

I read the Flex got a big thumbs-down at a recent auto-show. Apparently show-goers were stupidly confused as to the name, Flex. They thought it was a flex-fuel vehicle, not realizing the term referred to it's multiple capabilities. Still ugly, though.

I'm wondering if that center console will actually look as plasticky as that of the "new" NA-spec focus

 

Flex looks nicer compared to the Edge and I think Acadi/Outlook also looks nice.

 

Indeed the name is a problem, but the car is hot. I'd expect it to sell well: all these CUVs seem to (although Ford seems to have about 18 on the go)
