Anyone know what this is?

  1. I think you're right... they're very similar, but that's an Anglia front...

  2. Thanks. From what I can tell it seems to be a 1948 Anglia.

  3. That does kind of make sense. I had noticed that he has "barn find specialist" in his profile on FChat when I was trying to figure out what everything is. I figured he knew what he was talking about and wouldn't mislabel one of his cars, I just found it odd that it would look THAT different. Thanks.

EDIT: I'm getting close to labeling everything on my site. The idea is to make the gallery easily searchable and a good place to find out some new cars if you're just browsing. My real problems when it comes to all the hot rods and customs out here. So much that's hard to label accurately. Especially things like real custom rat rods and stuff.

  4. Jaguar XK150 methinks at first sight

edit: nevermind, replied something of ages ago, my bad

  5. Like this for instance. I guess something like "1932 Ford Pickup Based, Offenhauser Powered Custom Rat Rod"?

  6. Haha, no problem man. I appreciate it. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>

  7. Looks a bit like Ralph Malf's rod from "Happy Day's".

I think "a bit" is the key phrase there. I just looked it up and this thing (the one I posted) is far crazier. Though, according to what I've found Ralph's is a '29 Ford Pickup. Maybe this is as well. Like I've said time and time again, I really don't know much about these kinds of cars.

Wow, yeah... the black one looks way more slammed to the ground than Ralph's.

  10. Yeah, it's pretty slammed/chopped. It's one of the lowest, if not THE lowest I've seen in person. Somewhere on my site there's photos of people standing all around it that give it a little better perspective. Though, seeing it next to that muscle car and seeing that the rear tire is taller than the body do that to an extent.

  11. Alright, this one should be a little easier. Anyone?

    EDIT: Added another car.

  12. I'm pretty positive the right one is a Ferrari 330 GT 2+2

edit: not sure about the left one though.. I'm thinking 330 GTC, but I'm probably wrong.

I think you're at least close to right about both. This one is a 1967 330 GTC:

There are slight differences, but they look the same overall. Is it possible it's a 330 GT or a different year 330 GT 2+2? Check out the images for the 2+2 here:

    Thanks for the help.

  14. Alright, another one I've been wondering about for a while. Obviously it's a Rolls Royce, but I have no idea which one. I tried searching "wooden Rolls Royce" and stuff with no success.

  15. its a Silver Ghost. theres one in Canada with the same ass end.

  16. That looks straight up like they literally just put a boat facing backwards on it for the rear.
