I very awesome done right. I can't think of a better cooked fish dish than whole fried fish (especially jewfish)

I can take a quick ride and get really good fried whole snappers. Just squeeze some lemon on one of those #$%#ers. Pure concentrated awesomeness.
hey wheelman, you know what I like to do? when I'm at my grandma's house in Japan, we go out, catch a shitload of fish, gut and scale them, sprinke salt over them, impale them on wooden sticks and then we just stick them in a fire pit until they're done.

i don't see what's wrong with a deep fried fish like that. it's not enormously large or anything. looks delicious, minus the sweet and sour. i just don't like that flavor.

I got a huge cut of boeuf on Saturday, so last night I made:
-Huge pot of stew; sweet potatoe, potatoe, onion, boeuf
-Pepper steak w/rice
With the leftover rice I made rice pudding, then I made some muffins.
oh ****, old man just told me he actually caught a deer over the weekend. He goes hunting like every weekend and comes back empty handed, but now we'll finally have like 50kgs of venison.
Venison is good meet for stew.
Get a good cut of some sinewy muscled stuff and stewacide it.
Oh man, so gonna stew it, maybe even do a venison bourguignon. There will be plenty of experimenting and posting of results.

Black people fry way more fish than white people, at least in the southern US.
Wharf's are ridiculous.
It costs me more for a pound of live mussels at a wharf in PEI fresh off the boat than it does buying it at a grocery store in Ontario after they've been shipped 2000km in a truck.
think of normal wharf prices, but multiply that price by the coefficient of failure induced by a permanent population of angry really rich smelly old white people.
