I dunno what to say...

1. Should I like it or should I dislike it. Well that is the feeling the car gives me...

Yeah, I kind of agree... Wheels are a plus, other than that I just don't know what to say. I like the design of the Grand Prix, but these days Pontiac is making me frown quite often.

Pontiac is really heavy on body side cladding. But in there new concepts they have completly avoided it all together, no body line at all. It almost looks naked.

Plus, the rear end is ugly and odd looking. The back hip and window area look the exact same as now.

The rearview mirrors look odd as well

Nice engine though.

OMG, it's just... ugly.

It looks like the new Nissan Primera.
Once more , no originality.

I think it looks pretty good and it would be a fun car to drive. Racing the quarter mile if fun, but this car is meant to be driven in all environments. It would be a good car to drive everyday-comfortable and "sporty"

I like this car. A LOT. The interior looks beautiful, the bodylines are the cleanest to come from Pontiac since they debuted the Solstice concept, and it has some great power from it's V-6.

A .85 doesn't seem too grand (compared to Saleen's SR 'Stang), but I bet this thing is a mini-barge. For the weight this thing ('97 GTP weighed in at 3480 lbs according to Supercars.net), thats damn impressive. And its only .04 away from a NSX's rating. Not to mention you can pack the kids along when you stomp Hondas 8^)

Yeah, it probably has a low skidpad due to the fact that most people would prefer to have a smoother ride over a stiffer (yet, better for handling) one. As for supercars.net's stats... Eh, use them as a reference, usually they aren't the best I've seen (and in some cases, completely inaccurate). Oh, and welcome to the forums.

For a family, every-day driver car, this thing's probably a hell of a ride. Friend of mine has a GTP, thing was fun to toy around with (the understeer made you want to pull your hair out, though). Either way, she's not a bad ride. Thanks for the welcome

true true. for everyday driving this thing would be nice. i'm sure there is lots of room. good power. its not really supposed to be a speed/racing car. its a family sedan.
