One week ago we had to rebuild the site from nothing. As you probably know, setup has been focused on other parts of the site and the web server still needs to be tweaked for speed and expedience. We put the forums up in this preliminary state rather than delaying another week or two. If there is anything that needs immediate attention (ie java error or a 500 error) you can let us know here. Current List: -Footer -Quote Separation -PM System -Table Header Color and Inner Table Content Color on the account manager -Search -Timezone/Correct Time -Bookmarks Completed List: -Special Characters -Deleted all GMC and Hummer from DB -Visited Link Underlines -Black Text -Add Images to Post -Color on Reply/Edit/Thread Starter -Upload Galleries -Signature Separation
My text colour is set to white because I use a dark background, but the text is BLACK! This is the most important thing you need to fix.
I know how to fix this. Need to change the css class declarations to lowercase letter. We can make the edit tomorrow. Soon enough we should be 100%.
Yes of course, the css class declarations to lowercase letter. I'm tired to reading everyones sig too.
Cool, Keep up the good work! <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A> BTW, Will the premium member sites be up again?
Considering the number of software developers that are members of these forums, would it be possible to give read-only access to select members who could look through the source and provide suggestions in the forum of source code?
yay <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/grin.gif"></A>
Another question, Now when you are rebuilding things, Will the @supercars.net mail be activated again?
Maybe a stupid question: You do have a raid-setup on the server right? So how is all of this possible?
Two things: - Random page with banner ad and nothing else when you click on Reply link. - Banner ads, I thought I paid once to get rid of them back in 2005?
I've been adjusting the css to match the old site. I think we are getting pretty close. Push shift-refresh just to be sure.
thanks for the new txt stuff <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>
