Brunei car pictures Gallery Hello everyone, I first heard about the Brunei Royal Family and their amazing car collection about 5 years ago. Since then I've allways been on the lookout for pictures and information of the family's fantastic car collection. During years of reading about the Royal Family I've even became quite a fan of them. I thought it would be cool to make an online gallery about their cars and share them with you guys, so that we finally get a good look at how amazing/diverse/big/special the collection really is. If you've got any more information about these cars please post them in this thread or contact me via pm for a private chat. http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/1.html 'The Sultan of Brunei is the head of state and head of government in Brunei and was the richest man in the world for a long time . There are quite a few carnuts in the Royal Family of Brunei. Their collection is unique, having custom Ferrari's, Aston Martin's, Rolls Royce's, AMG Mercedes-Benz's, etc. that have been modified by the factories for the secret car collection. This is the biggest picture collection of their cars on the net. Enjoy. ' Aston Martin http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/1.html Bentley http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/2.html BMW http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/3.html Bugatti http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/17.html Chrysler (Chrysler & Dodge) http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/27.html Cizeta http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/4.html Dauer http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/5.html De Tomaso http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/15.html Ferrari - Part 1: The Specials http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/6.html Ferrari - Part 2 http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/21.html Ford http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/26.html GM (Hummer & Pontiac) http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/25.html Jaguar http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/7.html Lamborghini http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/8.html Land Rover / Range Rover http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/16.html Maserati http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/22.html McLaren http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/9.html Mercedes-Benz - Part 1 http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/10.html Mercedes-Benz - Part 2 http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/20.html Mini http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/24.html Mosler http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/18.html Porsche http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/11.html Rolls Royce http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/12.html VAG (Volkswagen & Audi) http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/28.html Vector http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/13.html Various http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/19.html Pre- or ex-Brunei spec http://www.supercars.net/gallery/129612/976/23.html
Brunei car pictures Gallery -P1,2,3,4 stands for picture 1,2,3,4 But yeah, both models look very good. Edit: I added BMW, Cizeta-Moroder and Dauer.
Brunei car pictures Gallery Yay, my gallery made it to the front page I've updated it a little bit with 47 pictures of the FX and the 550 Spider, enjoy. Edit: If you compare #4, wich Richard Owen photographed, with the other two I've got in my gallery, you can see that the steeringwheel is different. First of all it's bigger (airbag?), second of all I don't see a green flipper (maybe the flipper is painted in the color of the dash (red and black) or maybe it's smaller). BTW Richard, that are some magnificent pictures! Did you made them yourself? How was it to visit the Marconi museum?

Brunei car pictures Gallery great! thanks, especially for the Dauer 962 LM pics
Brunei car pictures Gallery Good job, we changed the text front page to better reflect your awesomeness: 'For a look at some of the other Sultan Specials, you can view an dedicated gallery by basman007 here.' In the middle of August we made the trek to LA to specifically photograph the FX. It took several phone calls and e-mails, but I think all the time and effort was worth the result. Dick Marconi is a great guy, the kind that doesn't mind taking the extra step to share any of his cars.

Brunei car pictures Gallery Sweet, thanks! Allright, I've added some more Ferrari's, including the supercars. I even think I've found 2 pictures with parts of a 288 GTO on it!!! The wheels, mirrors and the front-bumper make me think it is a 288, but the curve in the hood makes me think it's a 308. Please post if you think you know what it is: http://www.supercars.net/Pics?viewPic=y&source=gal&uID=129612&gID=976&pgID=6&pID=450960&first=true Edit: I'm updating Dauer in a couple of minutes. Turns out that the carbon/yellow stripes 962 LM belonged to the Sultan...
Brunei car pictures Gallery Maybe a planes or 'Boenig' page. This is a 240 million Boeing 767. I've seen pictures of 4 or 5 of these, one for each member of the royal family.
Brunei car pictures Gallery Tha yellow car is the 456 Estate, it featured an uprated engine and was one of the faster Ferraris of the fleet believe it or not.
Brunei car pictures Gallery Yeah, I know. I love that car. But what is the black Ferrari next to it? Is that indeed a 288 GTO? And I added McLaren. I skipped a couple of cars, cuz I need to Pshop some of them first and I don't feel like doing that right now. http://www.supercars.net/Gallery?cmd=viewGallery&uID=129612&gID=976&pgID=9
Brunei car pictures Gallery I've added over 100 pictures this evening. The number of pictures of the Sultan's cars in my gallery has now passed the 300-marker. And I'm not even done yet I've completed the Ferrari page (by adding about 50 pics) and added Jaguar, Lamborghini and Mercedes-Benz. That last page contains (I think) the first pics that I've seen of the garage underneath the palace. I Could use a little help with the Mercedes-page, because I'm not really a hero in the names of all the different S-classes. So if you guys could check the names of the cars, please. Enjoy...
Brunei car pictures Gallery Thanks for posting, the SL730 is off the hook. 'Exclusive engine for the royal family of Brunei'!!!
Brunei car pictures Gallery + the S-class's in that garage and those with all the hoods open supposedly have never been driven more than factory-miles. Edit: I'd also like to see more pictures of that grey SL500 AMG, the crown princes personal car (see license plate).
Brunei car pictures Gallery I need some comments on this: I do know that these models in these colors were in Brunei, but I'm not entirely sure if they are the actual cars that were in Brunei. I'm not sure about the Sbarro's though..
Brunei car pictures Gallery I didn't read the shit above the photo it is a venice one
Brunei car pictures Gallery Yeah, check the gallery there about 50 pics of Venice Ferrari's in it.. Edit: including those.
Brunei car pictures Gallery The XJR15 is from Christies Pebble Beach auction in 2003. I dunno about the rest.
