Scottsdale/Phoenix Car Photos Part II

Discussion in 'Car Pictures' started by dahldrin, May 23, 2008.

  1. Bullrun is in town and I just got a call basically inviting me to check the cars out at today's stop. I'll have pics within the next 4-5 hours. <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/grin.gif"></A>

    Some of the cars:
    DBS
    Blacked out R8
    A pair of Spykers
    An IS-F
A Techart Porsche with a badass paint job
A Daytona Charger (the old, cool kind)
    A bunch more

Nothing SUPER crazy, unfortunately, but some cool stuff for sure.

  2. Can't wait for some Spyker pics

  3. Spykers were a no show. The rally is leaving town for tonight and is supposed to be back tomorrow, though.

And it doesn't surprise me at all, actually. I don't know what would make someone think they'd be suitable cars for a high-speed 3,000 mile rally.

  4. And the first car in (by a good 10-15min) WAS:

  5. But I'm sure this is more the kind of stuff you guys are interested in.

  6. That paintjob is of the hook !

    I love it

  7. i think one of the organisers owns one..

  8. Go Fast! that stuff is awesome

  9. Got the supposed location and time for tonight. If it's not right, I have another place to try (the place I was told yesterday). Like I said, it's the last stop, so I assume all of the cars that are still running will be there this time.

  10. These have to be the coolest SUVs going right now, i want one so much

  12. Its so nice to be see your pictures in full resolution without scrolling. I love my new monitor, one of your Alpina shots is now my first new wallpaper.

  13. Well, one of them was there today. A lot of the cars were still no shows. And I believe the TechArt Porsche won, but I could be wrong.

  14. Makes me ready for gumball <A BORDER="0" HREF="http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?displayFAQ=y"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="pitlane/emoticons/smile.gif"></A>

    Nice. When is it?

Uploaded quite a few pics from today. Still have a lot to go through... most of what I've uploaded is DBS, Spyker and R8.

  16. Part of the cars out at C&C this morning. No Bullrun cars came, but that doesn't really surprise me. I'm sure they're all hung over for one thing, haha.

  17. IS-F I saw in a parking lot a little while back. First time I'd seen one on the street and I saw a second the same day (Bullrun). I'd only seen one at an auto show before then. And I have to say, I like it. If I were in the market for such a car, I'd definitely consider it.

Hey, I was driving at that event. We should have like met up or something.

  19. Is it wrong of me to say that I'd take that CLK DTM over the CGT's???

    I seriously love that car

  20. I drove that car. We had it for a while.

  21. That's cool. And I found out it didn't actually win, the gray R8 did. The Porsche came in second and the Hummer in third.

  22. Oh yeah? The drift side or the main track? I didn't take any pictures of the drifting, though I kind of wanted to. The lighting just sucked over there and there didn't seem to be any great angles. That and most of the cars were pretty beaterish (which is pretty typical of amateur drifting, obviously). No offense, haha. I didn't actually even plan on going to it until the day of it or the day before. I didn't realize it was such a large event, so I was very happy I ended up going out there. Next time you're driving in something like that, let me know and maybe we can meet up.

  23. I really like the DTM and LOVE it's interior, but I don't think I like it THAT much. Of those three, red CGT for me.

  24. The Hummer came in third? That sucks. The Spyker is a sweet car.
