Just got the car dropped on Eibach Sportline Springs and Bilstein Sport Shocks/Struts. Also picked up some smoked rear taillights... As was bored out of my skull this afternoon, a friend and I decided to take some pics of our cars. The black one is mine.

Camera is an Olympus E-500 with 40-150mm lens.

Enjoy the pics, comments/criticisms are welcome!

  2. That's awesome. And I love the wheels. +1

  3. That's a pretty nice range on the lens. Photos look good, however, I'm not a big fan of you've Photoshopped some of them. I certainly have no problem with a healthy amount of PS (the amount of stuff I do to some photos is ridiculous), I'm just not a fan of some things you've done. I personally do PP-vignetting stuff all the time, but what you've done sort of flattens and grays the image. I think you'd be better switching the layer to an overlay and working from there. But, you know, that's just me.

  4. car looks pretty good

  5. not a fan of e36's but this looks good.

  6. auto?!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I retract my +1, and subtract 2.

  7. Is yours a real M or did you just replace the rear view mirror?

    Auto -3
    E36 -1

  8. rear view mirror? They're the same across the E36 Ms and non-Ms. And no, mine is a 328 Still waiting on those MotorSport badges to replace the M3 side emblems.

Valcom, lol. I had no choice man, this car was pristine when I got it, I figured I'd rather have a babied and perfectly maintained car than picking up a 5spd car that's beat to shit.

  9. I meant the side mirrors, sozz.

  10. You mean fotos of the whip

  11. Yup, I changed the side mirrors. Got a kickass deal on OEM mirrors so I couldn't say no, otherwise I've never spend the $300+ to purchase and paint those things. Too minor of a change to justify paying list price.
