WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

Discussion in '1982 Lancia 037 Group B' started by LanciaDeltaIntegraleS4, Aug 9, 2002.

  1. Sure, the 037 was the beginning, but the Integrale was the peak. No one could touch it! Then they closed Grouppe B racing and the Integrale became just a road car. An awesome road car. There are integrales today (more than 10 years old) that can do 0-60 in under 2 seconds and the 1/4 mile in under 8. That's with DOT TIRES for jimminy's sake!

    Better than Evo VII
    Better than WRX STi
    Better than Cosworth Focus

    It's Supercharged
    It's Turbocharged
    It's Italian

    SHAME, PITTY !

  6. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

One of my friends' father had an 8.32 , very good car !!

  7. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

If i remember correctly... the Integrale was a five time in a row WRC champ...
    The best rally car ever...
And a hell of a street legal machine...

  8. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

I truly agree. It ended 23th in the Autovisie sports car top 100. I think it's the greatest affordable sports car ever made. And for the rest of the Lancia's, where is (indeed) the Thema 8.32, the Flaminia's, the Flavia's, the Fulvia's, the Aurelia's and lots of other great Lancia's. It's just a shame there is not more of this great brand on this site.

  9. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

    Get your facts right...

    1. The Integrale was NOT a Group B car, it didnt even exist when group B was around. It was a Group A car

    2. The 037 was NOT turbocharged

    3. 0-60 in under 2 seconds for a road car Integrale? yeah right....

  10. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

Hahaha... stats like that would put Formula cars to shame...(I know about the whole '87[I think it was '87] qualification time story) The Integrale was a Group A car (Essentially what the WRC is today). You guys are thinking of the Delta.
It is a shame that Lancia left... but as it appears that they won't be coming back any time soon, that thought should just be put to rest.

  11. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

Yeah, yo're rigthere is no Delta HF here.
I got an Integrale (and I'm proud of it), it costs me a little fortune 'cause of the tires, the gazoline... But I don't have regrets at all!!!
With Fornage preparation, I got 280hp... This accelerates as fast as the Porsche 996 3.6L... And it handles better.
So, what's up with these US forums? I came to talk with other owners... But I go back to "l'autojournal.fr", with some stupids Renault fans (there IS a delta forum there...).

Oh, did you know the next Delta Integrale will be on sales in 2007? With a 300hp 2.0L engine? I keep mine, and wait ,about 4 years...

  12. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

Inclined to agree, the integrale, or at least the s4, should be on this site.

  13. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

Sorry to correct you but the Ford Escort is the worlds most winning rallycar!

  14. Re: WHERE'S THE INTEGRALE???????

I think the Integrale is in the "present" section of the site.
