The S-V8 represents a re-emergence of the famous marque in the best traditions of British automotive innovation. The S-V8 is powered by the muscular 4.6 litre Cobra engine, which develops over 325 bhp to give the new roadster a top speed of over 160 mph. The S-V8 stands out for having an exceptionally robust steel integral body shell with aluminium skin panels. Low volume cars of this type normally use the constructional techniques associated with kit cars.
