FOR SALE: 2023 Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster

Number 5 of only 30 examples produced

Currently offered on Bring a Trailer is this 2023 Hennessey Venom F5 Roadster, the fifth example from a planned production of just 30 units built by Hennessey Special Vehicles in Texas. Named after the F5 rating on the Fujita tornado scale, the hypercar shows 681 miles and carries a plaque identifying it as #5 of 30.

The Venom F5 is built around a carbon-fiber monocoque chassis with aluminum subframes and carbon-fiber body panels finished in Banner Green with gloss carbon accents. Exterior highlights include butterfly doors, a removable exposed carbon-fiber roof panel, pedestal-mounted mirrors, a front splitter, rear diffuser, quad exhaust outlets, and a single-piece exposed carbon-fiber rear panel with milled vents beneath a tempered-glass engine cover.

It rides on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear polished aluminum wheels with stylized H-shaped spokes and titanium lug nuts, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Braking is handled by 390mm carbon-ceramic rotors with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. The suspension features double wishbones with adjustable Penske coilovers, along with electric power steering, traction control, launch control, and a front lift system.

Inside, the cockpit is trimmed in black leather with Banner Green accents, carbon-fiber bucket seats, exposed carbon trim, a digital instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment system, and a carbon-fiber steering yoke with paddle shifters and integrated start button.

Power comes from Hennessey’s “Fury” 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8, based on Chevrolet LS architecture, featuring a dry-sump system, titanium intake valves, Inconel exhaust valves, and twin Precision turbochargers. Output is rated at 1,817 hp and 1,193 lb-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed automated single-clutch transmission and limited-slip differential.

Accessories include a Hennessey aluminum “treasure chest,” carbon-fiber jewelry box, chassis plaque, Banner Green key fob, space-shuttle-metal license plate, tow hook, trickle charger, owner’s manual, and a carbon-fiber roof-panel stand.
