    Actually the stock 2mm 3 piece seals are just as good as any other seal under almost all conditions. But the best seals are ceramic however whenever they go, they go, and take out your engine and sometimes your turbo as well.<!-- Signature -->

    considering ferraris break down somewhat often and their parts cost MUCHO money. And also the engiens don't last over 90,000 miles.

  3. I don't know much about RX-7's, Supra's or Ferrari's (though i love 'em all), I do know that Sony speakers suck $#!t. If u want quality speakers, give Cerwin-Vega a check. Now that's loud, clear, and sweet sounds to my ears.
     
  4. Btw, y'all need to stop jocking the Fast and the Furious. Ya, it might not have been much of a movie but it's the only movie dedicated to street racing (even though it was only like one scene in the movie). Besides don't act like y'all didn't want to burn rubber after seeing that movie. Luckily for me my friend was driving in his '84 corolla.

HEy ferrari aints out there as well i'd say the number one company for nothing alright...they're there cause they're good and reliable...........but if you'd ask me i'd go for a supra and modify it a bit...well thats cause of the money......i'm sure all you people out there who says ferrari sucks would go for a ferrari anyday if you had the $.......
    And by the way "fast and furious" is a MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it so funny that they can't handle what a 5.7 v-8 can handle in terms of nos. and how american v-8 and v-10's dont need turbos and other shits like that to make power. We make real enines. a turbo charged camaro with lets say 650hp would destroy a supra or anyother jap sprts car with 650hp cause we got the crazy torque, low end power and the turbo power up high. what do jap got. high end turbo power. please. when japp can make a 450hp STOCK engine w/o turbos, then talk. til then shut up.

    for every camaro, there is a faster supra, for every supra, there is a viper, for every GT-R, there is a VIper also. for every 5 sec jap car, there is an american v-8 powered Top Fuel dragster and funy car.

    it makes me think. if those jap cars are so cool, then why are the fastes and quickests cars in the world are american, powered by american engines. i would love to see a vtec top fuel dragster, or funny car. lmfao

    known for reliability?!?! uhm. You know how much parts for those bastards cost? A shitload. And there engines in most all cases don't see over 90,000 miles w/o major overhaul or replacement. But most will never see that many miles because of the drivers babying them.
    I never said they wherent nice cars.
    And not like 90,000 isn't reliable, but still a car should take more (not like turbo rotaries are better) but they still breakdown and run hot as hell<!-- Signature -->

    and everyone else asking for these high output turbos, you know its not as simple as an intercooler additional fuel and a turbo, the boost that would be needed to get 800hp or more out of a turbo would blow the stock engine setup and you know it. Get a moderate sized turbo rebuild the engine for strength and higher compression, intercooler, get something better than the stock ecu new fuel pumps and finally through in some nos not two stage high horespower shots, just something to lower the temp when the shit gets hot, and finally one of those "awesome sony sound systems" (sarcasm) really though high quality speakers with decent gauge gold wire and 2 amps 1 for subs and 1 for your mids and highs

    your kind of stupid aren't you, first off carmaros suck any way you look at it camaros just plain suck. Second of all you think japanese cars wouldn't be able to handle a chevy or dodge with equal horsepower and displacement? and finally it makes a big damn difference when your racing japanese production cars and american drag circuit cars with engines that are 600+ cid! stock engines alone in the 300 cid range draw 950+hp alone without the modifications that the drag crews do to them not to mention the damn engine on circuit cars account for like 60% of the cars weight. (5 second et is not done without serious modification btw foreign or domestic)

    oh yeah 2 more things A. Cmon car guys, I don't know as much as y'all, but keep this in mind, you can't always be right and everyone else be wrong because of this-everybody that has conflicting statements either has incorrect knowledge OR has correct knowledge but does not yet have correct knowledge of what the other person is saying as being true. So at least one of you is wrong, whether you want to admit it or not, because I know at least one of you is stubborn and will stick to what you think regardless of anything, and you could actually be wrong.   16. You need to get your mind off of the Fast and Furious. That movie wasn't really good. It was created by a guy who didn't even know a lot about cars, Rob Cohen. I watched it, and left near the end, saying I needed to go to the bathroom, and I went to the arcade instead. That's plain stupid, how that Supra got whooped by a Dodge Charger (Plymouth Hemi Cuda?), or whatever happened. Just plain sad, an American car from the 1970s.   23. This is a cool car. I'm not about compacts though. I prefer Vette's. They are a little more expensive but, they are better stock than the rx-7, they don't need upgrades(they'll do around 4 seconds 0-60 and 1/4 mile around 9) you would have to upgrade any compact to do that. The Vettes have virtually no major flaw, handling is good, good acceleration and top speed; but then there's always a problem, money. Now for some people(like me) it is not 2 much of a problem. this is a good car, but you would have to do some work on it to challenge!

  25. for those who say that european cars are so good and reliable and such great engineering, you must be lucky. I have a 1991 audi and i have a world of problems. The car idles very low, loses power, accelerates slowly, sounds bad, and gets about 10 mpg although it is an i5. And i cannot afford to get it fixed because parts and labor on this car cost so much. I will always stick to american from now on.
