Introduced in 2022, Singer Vehicle Design’s Classic Turbo builds on the 964-generation Porsche 911, much like the Classic Study. It features a 3.8-liter air-cooled Mezger flat-six engine equipped with twin turbochargers, delivering either 450 or 500 horsepower depending on the owner’s specification, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox.
The car’s custom carbon-fiber bodywork preserves the iconic look of the 930-era 911 Turbo while refining aerodynamics for improved airflow and downforce. It also benefits from model-specific brakes, along with modern ABS and traction control systems.
Now listed on Bring a Trailer, this “Red Black Silver” commission exemplifies Singer’s meticulous craftsmanship. Built around a restored 964 chassis, every component has been carefully renewed to the company’s exacting standards. Its lightweight carbon-fiber panels, shaped and painted at Singer’s DLS facility, enhance the aggressive wide-body stance.
The finish—paint-to-sample Lunar Silver—is unique to this car and complemented by 18-inch Fuchs-style wheels. Full-body paint protection film was applied before assembly to preserve its flawless appearance.
Inside, the cabin blends heritage cues with modern luxury. Photon Red upholstery, inspired by classic 930 “tombstone” seats, is paired with black wood accents, velour carpeting, and satin aluminum trim. Features include air conditioning, power windows, wireless charging, and a premium audio system with navigation.
Performance remains a highlight, with the twin-turbo engine producing around 503 horsepower sent to the rear wheels. A titanium exhaust preserves the car’s characterful sound, while sport suspension, carbon ceramic brakes, and traction control ensure confident handling. With fewer than 900 miles, it offers both grand touring comfort and exhilarating, driver-focused performance.
