Rare Czinger 21C Could Sell for Up to $2.5 Million

Number 5 of only 80 units in a limited production run

The 2025 Czinger 21C is more than an elite hypercar—it represents a fundamental shift in automotive engineering. Estimated to fetch up to $2.5 million at RM Sotheby’s upcoming Monterey auction, this extraordinary machine combines groundbreaking manufacturing techniques with astonishing performance, making it one of the most innovative road cars ever built.

Founded in 2019 by Kevin Czinger and Lukas Czinger, Czinger Vehicles utilizes advanced production technologies pioneered by sister company Divergent Technologies. The 21C is the first production car to employ the company’s Bio-Logic engineering philosophy, using laser-printed metal components and additively manufactured chassis structures optimized for maximum strength, minimal weight, and exceptional structural rigidity.

Power comes from an in-house developed 2.88-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 paired with an 800-volt hybrid system. The combustion engine generates 750 horsepower, while two independent electric motors driving the front axle contribute an additional 500 horsepower, resulting in a combined output of 1,250 horsepower. Energy is supplied by dual 4.4-kWh battery packs, continuously replenished by a crank-driven starter-generator, eliminating the need for external charging. Despite its cutting-edge technology, the 21C remains fully street legal across all 50 U.S. states.

Designed with performance as its sole priority, the 21C features a dramatic fighter jet-inspired tandem seating layout that reduces frontal area and improves aerodynamic efficiency. This example is the highly sought-after High Downforce (HDF) specification, capable of generating more than 3,300 pounds of downforce at 150 mph, delivering extraordinary grip on the track while maintaining road-going capability.

Performance figures are equally staggering. The 21C accelerates from 0-60 mph in just 1.9 seconds, completes the quarter mile in the mid-eight-second range, and reaches a top speed of 253 mph in VMax configuration. Its credentials were further cemented by setting production-car lap records at five of California’s premier race circuits during Czinger’s celebrated “California Gold Rush” challenge.

Finished in striking Artemis Yellow with exposed carbon GT stripes over a black Alcantara interior accented by yellow stitching, this example also carries $133,600 in factory options and has accumulated just 523 miles. With global production limited to only 80 examples, it presents collectors with an exceptionally rare opportunity to acquire one of the defining hypercars of the modern era.
