Lamborghini Miura SV Wins Class G at the 2026 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este

A 1971 Lamborghini Miura SV has taken class honors at the 2026 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, winning Class G titled “From Carnaby Street to the Autostrada: The Swinging GT Driver.” A 1974 Countach LP400 also competed in the same class, making it a strong showing for Sant’Agata Bolognese at one of the world’s most celebrated historic car events.

The Miura’s win carries extra meaning this year, as 2026 marks the 60th anniversary of the model’s debut at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show. The winning car, delivered through historic Torino dealer Lamborauto on September 10, 1971, retains its original white exterior and blue leather interior and is currently undergoing certification by Lamborghini Polo Storico.

The Countach LP400 that shared the class is a remarkable car in its own right. The ninth Countach ever produced and the only one to leave the factory in “Marrone” with “Naturale” interior, it was recently restored, with its original paint color confirmed after being discovered beneath later layers.
