Lamborghini has pulled the wraps off the Urus SE Performante, giving the electrified Super SUV its first public outing at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Building on the recently launched Urus SE, the new Performante variant raises the bar with more power, sharper dynamics, and an even stronger focus on performance.
As Goodwood celebrated this year’s “The Rivals” theme, Lamborghini chose to highlight a different philosophy: not competing with rivals, but continually redefining its own limits. The Urus remains one of the clearest examples of that approach. When it debuted, it created the Super SUV segment. Now, the Urus SE Performante aims to push it even further.
812 HP makes it the most powerful Urus ever
Power comes from a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 working alongside an electric motor to produce a combined 812 hp (597 kW) and 1,000 Nm of torque. Those figures make it the most powerful production Urus to date.
Performance is equally impressive, with 0–100 km/h arriving in just 3.3 seconds before the SUV continues to a top speed of 312 km/h. Lamborghini says the Performante also benefits from improvements to driving dynamics and aerodynamic efficiency, reinforcing its position as the performance flagship of the Urus family.
Star of Lamborghini’s Goodwood display
The Urus SE Performante took centre stage on Lamborghini’s stand in a striking Giallo Crius finish, while a Verde Hydra example tackled the famous Goodwood Hill Climb for its first dynamic demonstration.
Joining it was Lamborghini’s complete hybridised model range, including the Revuelto, finished in a bespoke Ad Personam gradient livery fading from Verde Turbine to Nero Nemesis, and the Temerario, showcased in a unique specification featuring Gessato Tweed interior inserts and other bespoke craftsmanship details.
The Hill Climb also featured the Urus SE in Blu Uranus, a Temerario Alleggerita in Blu Okeanos Matt, and a Revuelto in Grigio Artis, underlining Lamborghini’s transition to an entirely electrified production lineup.
Hybrid Performance across the range
The Urus SE Performante is part of Lamborghini’s broader electrification strategy, joining two other high-performance hybrid models.
The Revuelto, Lamborghini’s flagship V12 plug-in hybrid, combines a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 with three electric motors to deliver a staggering 1,015 CV.
Meanwhile, the Temerario introduces an all-new 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 paired with three electric motors. Producing more than 920 CV, its engine is capable of spinning to an astonishing 10,000 rpm, setting a new benchmark for a production twin-turbo V8.
Continuing the Urus success story
Since its introduction, the Urus has become one of Lamborghini’s biggest commercial successes, attracting a new generation of buyers while helping expand the brand worldwide. The new Urus SE Performante builds on that legacy with even greater performance, enhanced technology, and the versatility expected from Lamborghini’s Super SUV.
With the debut of the Urus SE Performante, Lamborghini continues to prove that electrification isn’t about compromising performance, it’s about making its fastest models even faster.
