I've actually seen a Z8 with an Alpina badge on it

  1. Does this come standard on all Z8s, or just Alpina modified ones? If so, why isn't it on this site?

alpina do a modified version a bit faster and more tuned up, its still such a crap car though.

The Z8 is a great car if you dont care for value for your dollar. The Z8 is not reasonably priced, for $128 000 there would be many other roadsters that i would prefer that dont cost as much.

  7. The last year for the Z8, 2003, released Alpina tuned Z8's. It didn't come with the standard S62 engine but instead had a tuned version of the 4.8-liter N62B48 engine from (oringally) the X5. It came with a 5-Speed STEPTRONIC transmission in place of the 6-speed manual. It really wasn't much faster at all.
