Yes this is the Concept Car on Gran Turismo 1 and Gran Turismo 2 it isn't on Gran Turismo 3 A-spec though.

Probably it's a typo..
1. In GTA1 you can't see a car as it looks in reality
2. There's no specs info on cars in GTA1
3. GTA1 was made before 1997 ?

ORIGINALY the name was copperhead.. but legal issues forced a change and since their is no name to fill the one they had they were forced to call it the concept car..
